Poor mental health doesn't just affect individuals, it has a significant impact on organisations through increased absence, reduced productivity, presenteeism (being at work but not fully functioning), staff turnover and lower engagement.
Recent research estimates that poor mental health costs UK employers around £51 billion every year, with presenteeism accounting for the largest share of that cost. The same research found that employers receive an average return of £4.70 for every £1 invested in effective workplace mental health and wellbeing support.

Supporting employee wellbeing isn't simply the right thing to do, it is also good for people, good for workplace culture and good for business.

I am based in Gainsborough, but can travel to surrounding areas such as Scunthorpe, Lincoln, Grimsby and across Lincolnshire. Please get in touch to enquire about my mental health services for employers.
